Implementing Strategies for Data and Tool Discovery in Biological Data Science In-Person
Attendees will learn how to discover and acquire data from the ClinVar, dbGaP and GEO databases. Basic exercises on web-interface and basic API usage will be undertaken. Attendees are asked to bring a laptop to this session.
