Introduction to REDCap In-Person

REDCap is a secure, HIPAA compliant web-based application that supports efficient data capture for research studies. REDCap features include easy-to-create web-based case report forms, real-time data entry validation, audit trails, and clinical study event scheduling and tracking (e.g. blood-draws and participant visits) via a user-friendly interface. Users can be assigned different levels of access to reflect their role in the research team. REDCap also supports the creation and management of surveys, and provides data export options for a variety of statistical software programs. Use of REDCap requires an NYULMC KID and password.
