It’s focus will be practical with further reading provided for people who wish to develop a deeper understanding. This course will be held in two two-hour sessions with a half hour lunch break. Please bring a laptop with R and R Studio downloaded. The library is able to provide a limited number of laptops, but there will not be enough for everyone.
Morning Session
- Correlation and linear regression
- Diagnostic checks for linear models
Afternoon Session
- Logistic regression for binary outcomes
- Diagnostic checks for Logistic models
Students must have either completed the library's Data Day to Day course on R or have a basic understanding of R.
