Research Right: Literature Searching with PubMed Online
Jumpstart your research projects by getting the most out of PubMed! This class will touch on the basics of PubMed and formulating good strategies for literature searches. We will review techniques for developing search strategies and demonstrate how to use proper syntax and techniques to conduct searches, apply search filters, save results, and access full text articles with PubMed.
Time will be included to practice conducting searches using your own research questions.
This class will be presented via Zoom. Registered attendees will receive the meeting link and additional materials the day before the class. This class is offered together with Research Right: Citation Management with EndNote 20, and attendees are welcome to attend both sessions.
This class is open to everyone but would be especially useful for students, research assistants, and interns who will be performing literature searches as part of a team project. If you would like to register multiple attendees please contact caitlin.plovnick@nyulangone.org.
