Ethical Implications of Machine Learning and AI in Healthcare Online
Dr. Owens’ talk, titled, “Ethical Implications of Machine Learning and AI in Healthcare” will explore approaches to ensure the ethical and equitable design, implementation, and ongoing maintenance of machine learning and AI products in healthcare systems. She will draw on recent examples of these technologies to help identify and address a range of ethical considerations including bias, discrimination, safety, privacy, and informed consent.
