R Coding and Generative AI for EHR Data Analysis: Part I - Intro to R Online

This workshop will provide introductory level instruction in using R, an open-source and free coding language for statistical analysis, with a focus on analysis of EHR data and use of generative AI to expedite coding. Participants in this workshop will learn to:

  • Produce R syntax for analysis 
  • Identify key data types and structures in R
  • Craft AI prompts effectively for helping write code
