R Coding and Generative AI for EHR Data Analysis - Intro to All of Us Researcher Workbench Online
In part III of our series on R and generative AI for EHR Data Analysis, we will turn to exploring the All of Us Researcher Workbench. All of Us is a massive, federally funded research study, containing data from hundreds of thousands of participants, including EHR data, medications and survey data on topics like health behaviors, social determinants of health, wearables and more. Users at the Controlled Tier can access genomic data for analysis as well. Interested participants should first register for access and complete the mandatory All of Us training . Participants will be able to:
- Explain the three tiers of All of Us Research Data Access
- Identify the steps in creating a cohort for analysis
- Identify the steps in building a dataset for analysis
