To attend this class you must register for a Zoom link here: https://nyu.zoom.us/meeting/register/tJIqd-GurjItGdQN-X8sXs06Q5nZIKVEtTi2
Learn how to identify COVID-19 patients at NYU using i2b2, how to assess study feasibility using the ACT Network, and how to obtain data sets from the INSIGHT network.
i2b2 is an interface tool that helps users query data from the EHR. Basic queries are constructed by dragging and dropping terms, such as diagnosis, into a panel. The ACT Network is a real-time platform that allows researchers to explore and validate feasibility for clinical studies. The INSIGHT clinical research network is a comprehensive, longitudinal data set on more than 12 million patients from more than 5 highly ranked academic medical centers in NYC.
